These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.yclplasticsurgerylifestyle.com (the “Site”), operated by YCL Plastic Surgery, P.C. (“YCL Plastic Surgery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to our messaging program.

1. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form or scheduling request, does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Yee Cheng Low or any provider at YCL Plastic Surgery. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person or telehealth consultation is completed and accepted by our practice.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Content on this Site — including descriptions of procedures, before-and-after photographs, and patient testimonials — is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after photographs depict actual patients of the practice, shared with their written consent, unless otherwise noted; testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not representative of every patient’s outcome. Do not use this Site for medical emergencies — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

YCL Plastic Surgery SMS Program

This service provides appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notifications, post-operative care instructions, practice updates, and promotional offers to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from YCL Plastic Surgery.

You consent to receive these messages by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, on our patient intake paperwork, or by opting in through our in-office process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service, treatment, or purchase from us, and you may decline without affecting your care.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (516) 262-4947. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 4-8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
